No matter what happens, and what people say
It doesn't matter anyway.
When life flips you upside down,
You throw away a natural smile for a contrived frown,
HOLD ON.
When the skies rain down heavy,
And everybody's got it all figured out.
Your friends are so assured, but your life fills with doubt,
HOLD ON.
There is a way out, even when the doors are closed,
The field is full of weeds, but you gotta be that rose.
You will feel the bumps, take the turns, miss the lights, and take the short cuts...
No matter what,
HOLD ON!!!
